I recently had my brakes serviced, and I was really pleased with the experience! The staff was super friendly, and they made sure to explain exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. I was surprised at how quickly they got the job done too. While the overall service was fantastic, I would suggest they work on improving their appointment scheduling, as it seemed a bit chaotic when I arrived. Otherwise, a great experience!

I took my car to get some maintenance work done at a local auto repair shop after hearing good things from friends. I must say, this place exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff who seemed genuinely interested in helping me. They took the time to explain what services my car needed without using confusing jargon, which I really appreciated as someone who isn't very car-savvy. They performed a thorough inspection and found a few minor issues I wasn't aware of. I felt relieved knowing they weren't trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. The technician, who I later found out was Anthony himself, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions patiently. I especially loved how they provided a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront, which made it easier for me to budget for the repairs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with coffee and refreshments available, which made the wait much more pleasant. The only downside was that the shop can get quite busy, and I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated for my car to be ready, but the service was worth it.
